Storefront Detox

A productized diagnostic service I conceived, designed, built, and operate end to end. It runs an external scan of a Shopify storefront (no admin access required), cart API probes, product-data-versus-rendered checks, duplicate-tracking evidence, app-leftover detection, and real-user Core Web Vitals, then pairs the findings with a senior review to produce a branded report that separates real risk from scanner noise.

On the engineering side I built the scanner and reporting dashboard (Node, SQLite, Playwright) and the marketing site itself (static, on Cloudflare Pages). The design work was part of standing the brand up: the Storefront Detox logo, the full site design and its flat-vector illustration system, and the layout of the PDF/HTML report clients receive. It's a complete example of taking a service from positioning and identity through to the software that delivers it.
